I listed my car on auto trader and Amlin motors contacted me. They were very open from the beginning that they could only offer a little lower than advertised as they would need to sell the car on and make a profit as a dealership. The offer was reasonable, and they came to view and paid promptly. Both people I dealt with were genuine, and the process was very simple.
Excellent customer service, very trustworthy and professional. Just bought a Ford Transit from Amlin, yes, there were a couple of niggles with the van, routine stuff, but the way Andy and the team dealt with them was absolutely first class and with the highest level of professional integrity. There's always a bit of a risk when buying used vehicles, but Amlin proved if you buy from them, you are in safe hands. I'd recommend to anyone.
I cannot fault the aftercare we received from the guys at Amlin Motors. Andrew and Chris are exceedingly keen to please, honest and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend the garage and when my son needs another new van, we will certainly be contacting them. Many thanks chaps.
I bought a Citroen Berlingo from Amlin Motors. the van arrived at our house in South East London this morning, delivered by Josh, who left at 4 am to be at our house for 7.30. Having spoken to Andy on the phone, he acknowledged that it was a 'leap of faith' to buy a van long distance, however, we needn't have worried. The van was as described, in excellent condition and nicely presented. Josh was great to deal with and once I was happy, we had the paperwork sorted in no time.
I am a sole trader with many customers, and always try to go the extra mile for clients. It is really heartening to deal with a company who have the same ethos. Well done Amlin!. You have my recommendation.
Great experience with Amlin Motors, and Dean specifically. Had a bad previous experience at another local garage and this couldn't have been different! Dean couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating for all our questions, and there was no hard sell or forced hand! We got a great deal and service was quick and simple! Would highly recommend!
Can’t recommend these guys enough… very friendly service, clear communication, took the hassle out of buying a car and also the worry out of buying a ‘second hand car’ we had a small issue with the car which was corrected by the guys at Amlin as soon as I called them . Awesome customer service!!

Amazing customer care, we dealt with Chris for the purchase of our very first car. We saw one of their vehicles advertised on AutoTrader and they were 100% honest and genuine from the get go, provided proof of service history, and things replaced on the car, It was also very clean, even to the minor details. A hassle free- quick and easy process and drove away the same day, the car is fantastic and just what we needed.

Andrew, Chris. Dean, Alex and the team are outstanding in their customer care and relations. My wife saw one of their vehicles advertised on AutoTrader and as we live in the South of France the deal was conducted in good faith. They sent comprehensive video's and were 100% honest and genuine from the outset. I travelled from France, and the vehicle was better than described. In this day and age it is fabulous to deal with a family firm with old fashioned values.
